Scholarships

The Mission of the Maryland Criminal Justice Association (MCJA) is to foster professionalism within the field of criminal justice and to provide opportunities for development to its membership. In keeping with our mission, MCJA has provided high quality training for many years.

Our organization offers a One-Day Spring Conference, which we often provide registration waiver scholar- ships. Our Annual Fall Conference, which is held in Ocean City, MD is usually offered at a discounted rate.

MCJA Scholarship Committee’s main goal is to provide scholarship initiatives to deserving staff members. It further affords opportunities to attend conferences, enhance knowledge and further education in the criminal justice. MCJA needs your support, as the scholarships proves meaningless if they are not utilized.

In our continued efforts to maximize participation and facilitate access, we request that you take advantage of these scholarships.

Also, we encourage you to further explore membership options for the American Correctional Association in order to automatically become a member of MCJA.
